Photo requirements
Please prepare one clear, front-facing photo of your pet before placing your order. Their entire face should be visible, with no obstructions or accessories. Choose a well-lit image that clearly shows their eyes, nose, ears, and facial features.
Size & fit
An adjustable open-band design in one size, suitable for most adults. Fit will vary depending on finger size.
Your custom order
After you place your order, we will contact you promptly to discuss your pet's photo and confirm the design before production begins. Because this piece involves a detailed design and making process, it requires a longer customization period. Production and delivery timing will be confirmed separately during our conversation. Please allow extra time if ordering for a special occasion.
Returns & exchanges
As each ring is personalized, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on custom orders. If your ring arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
