Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping to the United States and Canada takes 5-7 business days. For other international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping when you order 3 or more items. Stock up on your pet's favorites and save on delivery!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or through the carrier's tracking page. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early, so please wait 24 hours first. Check with neighbors and around your property. If it still hasn't arrived, reach out to us and we'll help resolve it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Please note that some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please contact us first with your order details and we'll confirm whether your item qualifies. You can reach us at maze961220@gmail.com.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us with your order number, photos of the item's current condition, and a brief reason for the return. We'll provide you with personalized 1-on-1 return service every step of the way.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 days to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you received a defective or damaged item, or would like a different size, please contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet toys or items that show visible wear. Gift cards and clearance items are also final sale.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are securely processed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order. We can't guarantee changes after this window.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Our system will automatically apply the best available discount from your cart.

Do you charge sales tax?

For customers in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada, all listed prices already include sales tax — no surprises at checkout.

How do I check my order status?

You'll receive email updates at each step: order confirmation, processing, shipped with tracking, and delivered. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Products & Safety

Are your products safe for my pet?

Absolutely. All Honeyjoy Paws products are made with non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We carefully vet every supplier and choose materials that meet or exceed safety standards. If we wouldn't give it to our own pets, we won't sell it to you.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. For collars, measure your pet's neck and add two fingers of space. For coats, measure from the base of the neck to the tail. Still not sure? Ask us — we're happy to help!

How should I clean your pet products?

Cleaning instructions vary by product. Please check the care label on your specific item. Most fabric items are machine washable in cold water. Metal and silicone products can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water.

Where are your products made?

We partner with trusted manufacturers globally and maintain strict quality standards. Each product's origin is listed on its product page. We're transparent about our supply chain — quality and safety come first.

Do you have a warranty?

We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it free of charge. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with photos within 3 days of receiving your package — we'll make it right.
