Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 Business Days (USA & EU)
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 Business Days (USA & Selected EU Countries) Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Honeyjoy Paws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For EU orders, VAT is collected via IOSS for orders under €150.
Transfer of Risk and Title
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
Incorrect Address
Honeyjoy Paws is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. If returned, the customer is responsible for original shipping and return fees.
